These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the orzeliq.com site and of the informational services that Orzeliq S.A.S. offers from the Argentine Republic. By using the site, you accept the terms described here.

orzeliq.com is an informational channel presenting Orzeliq's real estate crowdlending proposition. The site does not execute economic operations and does not replace the formal participation process, which takes place inside our authorised platform, with identity verification and specific acceptance of each project's conditions.
3. Informational nature
The content published on the site is purely informational and does not constitute personalised recommendations or professional advice. Every participation in a project involves risks and depends on the evolution of each initiative.
4. Permitted use
You can consult the content, share links for personal purposes and contact us through the published channels. It is not permitted to reproduce, distribute or modify the content for commercial purposes without express written authorisation.
5. Intellectual property
The name Orzeliq, the logo, the texts, images, layout and other elements of the site are protected by Argentine intellectual property regulations (Law 11.723). The rights belong to Orzeliq S.A.S. or to the persons or entities holding the respective licences.

However, Orzeliq does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site, nor economic results derived from participations associated with real estate crowdlending. These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
