Cookie Policy

This policy explains what cookies are, how we use them on orzeliq.com and which controls you have at your disposal. It is intended as a complement to our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a site leaves on your browser. They help remember information between visits and measure how the site is used. There are first-party cookies, managed by Orzeliq, and third-party cookies, managed by external services we use.

2. Categories used

We use five categories: strictly necessary, functional, analytics, advertising and personalisation. Each category serves a specific purpose and you can activate or deactivate it from the site's cookie preferences panel.

3. Google Consent Mode v2

We apply Google's Consent Mode v2 implementation. This means that Google Analytics and Google Ads services remain in a denied state until you confirm a preference in the banner. When you accept, we enable ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage. If you reject, those permissions remain denied and no advertising or analytics cookies are installed.

4. Consent storage

Your choice is stored in the browser's local storage (localStorage) of the device you use. If you clear browser data or use private browsing, the banner will appear again and you can choose once more.

5. Managing preferences

You can change your preferences at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link located in the site's footer. Additionally, your browser allows you to block or delete cookies from its own settings.

6. Duration

Strictly necessary cookies expire when the browser is closed or when the session ends. Analytics and advertising cookies have a maximum duration of twenty-four months. We never use cookies with an indefinite duration.

7. Third parties involved

The main third parties that may install cookies with your consent are Google (Analytics and Ads). These providers are subject to their own policies, which you can consult on their official sites.

8. Updates

We update this policy when we incorporate new services or when applicable ones change. We publish the date of the last update at the beginning of the document.
