Privacy Policy

At Orzeliq S.A.S. we treat the personal data of those who visit orzeliq.com and use our services with special care. This policy describes what information we collect, for which purposes, for how long we retain it and which rights you can exercise, within the framework of Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and other related regulations.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily share when completing forms (name, email address and message) and technical data generated by your navigation (device type, screen resolution, operating system and visited pages). We do not request sensitive data and we do not access banking information through the website.

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used to answer enquiries, maintain the requested contact, improve the operation of the site and produce aggregated usage metrics. We do not adopt automated decisions with legal effects on visitors and we do not use invasive advertising profiling.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of the consent given when sending a message, on the legitimate interest of guaranteeing the security and correct operation of the site, and on compliance with legal obligations applicable to collaborative financing platform activity.

5. Retention period

Messages received through the form are kept for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last active contact. Technical records are kept for up to twelve months. After those periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Recipients

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties outside our circuit. We use technology providers acting as data processors, subject to confidentiality agreements and to the security measures required by Argentine regulations.

7. International transfers

Some providers may host services in countries offering adequate levels of protection or applying standard contractual clauses. In such cases we require safeguards equivalent to those provided by Argentine legislation.

8. Rights of data subjects

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition provided by Law 25.326, as well as file complaints before the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) by writing to privacidad@orzeliq.com or by post to our registered address.

9. Security measures

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and periodic reviews, aimed at protecting data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

10. Updates

This policy may be modified to reflect regulatory changes or improvements in our processes. We publish the date of the last update at the beginning of the document and recommend reviewing it regularly.
